Hi, I’m Mur and I make stuff!

What kind of stuff? All kinds of stuff. Sewing stuff. Cosplay stuff. Non-bladed props. Custom hoodies. Custom bags. Wig cutting. Wig styling, whatever! Feel free to just ask, and if I can’t help you out, I’ll try to point you in the right direction.

With two years of experience as a cosplayer, I’ve won two technical awards for costumes and one award for fan appreciation. I really enjoy making things and try my best to ensure that all of my costumes are what I sometimes call “competition quality,” meaning that I’d be proud of myself entering it into a contest at the con. 

Some of the skills I have to offer are (but are not limited to):
- Machine and hand sewing
- Painting
- Wig and hair cutting and styling 
- Needle, hand, and loom knitting
- Beading  
- Paper mache and constructed props, specifically non-bladed props.

I will accept trades, but only for things I need or am currently looking for, or cosplay services of your own. A few of the things I am currently interested in:
- Large props
- Wigs 
- Weapons
- Boots, shoes, boot covers (Men’s size 6.5, 7, 7.5, and Women’s Size 7.5, 8, 8.5) 
- Some Pokemon merchandise
- Horns and some hats 
- Chain mail 
- What Pumpkin or Topatoco merchandise
- Valve store (Portal and Team Fortress 2) merchandise
- Supplies and gear for Nikon D3100 series cameras.
- I am also seeking some very specific cosplay, clothing, and sportswear items.

Disclaimer: When you commission me, you are not paying for a costume, but for my time and skills as an artisan. What you are paying for is the service of sewing, assembly, painting, etc, for your costume. Since many characters are copyrighted, I am not responsible for the subject matter your costume is from, or what you do while wearing the costumes I make.

Homestuck Policy:

Regardless of my personal opinions on Hussie’s policy on selling Homestuck-related merch, I have decided to offer my services to Homestuck fans in a different manner than I do my usual commissions. I will offer my services to Homestuck fans exclusively as no-cash-involved trades. 

Check the list above for a list of things I am interested in trading, or, if you don’t have anything you can offer me from there, message me and we’ll find a way to work something out. 

IF YOU ARE LOCAL (Florida, USA or attending Anime Weekend Atlanta) and interested in a Homestuck-related item, I will gladly work in exchange for hotel room space at Florida conventions, cosplay photoshoots, convention passes, or a ride to a convention.
